1. LANDFILL SERVICE
- The Landfill excepts non-putrescible, non-hazardous construction/demolition waste only.
- The Landfill does not except Household Garbage, Televisions, Radios, Computers, Microwaves, or Tires.
 

2. LANDFILL FEES
- Everyone who uses the Dale County Landfill is required to pay the tipping fee of $23.00 per ton(1c per pound). The minimum charge is $5.00 per load(If the load weighs less then 500lbs, the charge is $5.00). Payment is required at the sale house after the trash has been disposed of, but before the customer leaves the Landfill. There are no exceptions.

3. LANDFILL TIME
- The Landfill is open from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday except for the following Holidays:
- 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
 

4. LANDFILL LOCATION
- The Landfill is located on Bivins Drive, about 5 miles South of Ozark off of County Road 30, North of the train overpass on Highway 231.
